Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Final cleaning is included in the rental cost. You have to pay for electricity (DKK 3,50 /kWh) and water tax (DKK 100/m3) on the spot at departure (we reserve the right to price adjustments). Please order and pay for linen packages (DKK 125 each), cots (DKK 125 each), high chairs (DKK 125 each) and staircase security (DKK 125) on the spot. You can bring along one pet per unit per stay (DKK 350) – and only by booking in advance.
