Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 73 m² and is build in 1987. In 2006 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 200 m² natural site. Situated 2300 m from the sea. Situated 500 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1100 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 25 m. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
A shared indoor swimming pool is at your disposal, where you can play and have a good time together.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing
The outdoor swimming pool is available in the period from 15th May to 30th September. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Wir sind ein Rentner-Ehepaar und schon viele Male in DK gewesen. Dieses Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Es ist hell und freundlich und hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Terrasse, Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig.

Wir hatten aufm Rømø einen super schönen Urlaub. Leider war das Wohnzimmer und die Küche nicht sehr sauber, die obere Etage war dafür sauber. Der Ausblick in dem Ferienhaus war einfach super Traumhaft. Die Fotos stimmen mit dem Ferienhaus 1zu1 überein. Ich finde es sehr cool wie es dort geregelt ist mit den Schlüsselboxen. So muss man nicht vorher in irgendein Büro fahren sondern man konnte direkt vor Ort den Schlüssel entnehmen mit einem Code und so auch wieder die Schlüssel abgeben.

Hallo, wir haben eine kurze Auszeit in Ihrem schönem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat uns von der Aufteilung und der Ausstattung sehr gefallen. Wir waren bereits mehr als 20 mal auf Römö und kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. Wir genießen die tolle Landschaft, die dänische Ruhe und die Entspannung der Insel. LG Familie Altmüller

Schöne moderne Ausstattung, Super Randlage mit Terrasse Richtung Golfplatz. Haus für 4 Erwachsene etwas klein, aber zu zweit oder mit Kindern perfekt.

Man kann super auf dem Deich laufen bis zum Strand ??? Der Italiener ???? in der Stadt ist super. Auch Lakolk ist einen Ausflug wert mit super Fast Food Restaurants. Auch der Mars Tower in Skaerbaek ist ein fantastisches Ausflugsziel.????????
