Holiday flat suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 73 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1987. In 2015 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 84 litres.

The holiday home is situated on a 200 m² natural site. Situated 2300 m from the sea. Situated 600 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1100 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 15 m. A 25 m² enclosed terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Parking place by the holiday home.

A shared indoor swimming pool is at your disposal, where you can play and have a good time together.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds.1 sleeping place in sofa bed (single). Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing
The outdoor swimming pool is available in the period from 15th May to 30th September. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Ferienhaus ganz ok, kleine Mängel, Herd in der Küche bräuchte mal ein Update, hatten aber 7 nette Tage dort.

Grundsätzlich ist das Haus okay. Ist halt schon etwas älter, aber alles nötige vorhanden. Sauberkeit war okay. Es ist leider sehr hellhörig und wir hatten Pech mit unseren Nachbarn die nachts sehr gern Karaoke gesungen haben. Aber das wird sicher bei allen Häusern im Rim Feriencentrum sein. Schwimmbad und Spielplätze sind für die Kids super und kostenlos nutzbar.

Das Ferienhaus ist okay, uns hat nur ein Schrank im Elternschlafzimmer und ein Sonnenschirm gefehlt. Geschirr und Küchenzubehör ist reichlich vorhanden.
