Holiday flat suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 73 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1987. In 2006 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 60 litres.

The holiday home is situated on a 200 m² natural site. Situated 2300 m from the sea. Situated 600 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1100 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 25 m. Parking place by the holiday home.

A shared indoor swimming pool is at your disposal, where you can play and have a good time together.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing
The outdoor swimming pool is available in the period from 15th May to 30th September. The double sofa bed measures 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length when unfolded.

Kellerasseln an der Terrassentür, Haare in der Spüle, völlig verdrecktes Backblech, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine nur oberflächlich sauber. Eine defekte Steckdose, die man während unseres sehr kurzen Aufenthaltes reparieren wollte, was wir abgelehnt haben. Das Backblech wollte man uns sauber vor die Tür stellen, was aber nicht gemacht wurde. Ich bezweifle das man das überhaupt sauber bekommen hat. Laut Aussage des Vermittlers wird in den Schränken nach Abreise nicht kontrolliert. Sollte man aber, denn dort finden sich immer wieder offene Lebensmittel und unsauberes Geschirr. Für durchschnittLich 100€ für die Endreinigung erwarte ich, dass diese dann auch gut gemacht wird, was leider bei diesem Anbieter selten der Fall ist. Die Anlage selber ist einfach, aber sehr gut für Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet.
