Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 73 m² and is build in 1987. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 200 m² natural site. Situated 2300 m from the sea. Situated 500 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1100 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 15 m. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
A shared indoor swimming pool is at your disposal, where you can play and have a good time together.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing

Das Haus liegt am Rande einer Feriensiedlung mit schönen Blick von der Terrasse ins Grüne. Dort ist zwar ein Golfplatz, der auch im September viel genutzt wird. Aber es war doch sehr ruhig und man konnte Vögel beobachten. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber nicht für gehbehinderte geeignet, da Bad und Schlafräume im oberen Stockwerk liegen. Da wir eher Selbstversorger sind, hat uns in der Küche fast nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen entspannten schönen Urlaub dort.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und bietet eine gute Basis für entspannte Tage an der dänischen Küste. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Das Ferienhaus vermittelt eine gewisse Gemütlichkeit und bietet viel Platz für einen Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen. Einige Ausstattungsmerkmale und Details zeigen, dass das Haus schon seit einiger Zeit in Nutzung ist. Wer besonders hohe Ansprüche an den Zustand eines Ferienhauses hat, sollte das bei der Buchung bedenken. Wir hatten insgesamt eine angenehme Zeit vor Ort und danken für die Bemühungen des Vermieters während unseres Aufenthalts.

Wie immer ein entspannter Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, beinhaltet aber alles was man braucht. Danke für einen schönen Urlaub!

Alles bestens. Sowohl Ferienhaus als auch die Insel. Komme seit Jahrzehnten mehrmals auf die Insel. Leider wurde das Strandsegeln verboten, so dass für mich kein Grund mehr besteht in der Gegend Urlaub zu machen.

Waren immer unterwegs, Rømø ist eine wunderschöne Insel, gibt vieles zu entdecken. Komme 100%ig wieder vorbei.
