Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 60 m² and is build in 1980. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 64 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1700 m² natural site. Situated 3900 m from the sea. Situated 500 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 600 m. You find a tool shed. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Alles was in den vorherigen Bewertungen beanstandet wurde war behoben. Die Eigentümer geben sich große Mühe dass alles in Ordnung ist, vielen Dank dafür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag die schöne Aussicht genossen

Das Ferienhaus ist praktisch eingeteilt und eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet - mit allen Kleinigkeiten, die man so benötigt, mit ausreichend Geschirr und vielen/guten Töpfen usw.

Gut ausgestattete Küche. Bequeme Betten. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Aussenmobiliar. Ein Picknicktisch auf der Hauptterasse finde ich eher nicht einladend. Die Liegen haben ihre besten Zeiten auch hinter sich und das Rattanmöbel ist genau an der Armlehne zerschlissen. Ein bisschen lieblos.

Wir, Mama und Sohn, hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. da wir nur zu zweit waren, hatten wir natürlich reichlich Platz. Die Lage als Endreihenhaus mit Blick aufs Wattenmehr ist herrlich. Es ist sehr ruhig und wir haben Hasen und sogar einen Rehbock in unmittelbarer Nähe beobachten können. Mir gefiel auch der Grundriss und das Panoramafenster. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das hat man nicht überall! Konnten draußen sogar etwas Fußball spielen. Wäscheleine hängt draußen auch fertig. Einziger Mangel: definitiv zu viel Deko Kunststoffblumen und -efeu, die eingestaubt sind. Hat das Haus gar nicht nötig! Manche Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Bad ... ABER, wir würde es nochmal buchen, da die Lage / Grundriss einfach so schön sind!!! Preis / Leistung stimmt.

Ett otroligt fint radhus med utrustning långt utöver det vanliga, och med en verklig varm hemkänsla. Sängarna dessutom väldigt sköna. Huset har gångavstånd till affär, matställen, strand samt färja till Sylt (List). Detta objekt vill vi på det varmaste rekommendera!!
