Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 60 m² and is build in 1965. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 20 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Situated 400 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. Furthermore the house has a 16 m² covered terrace. A terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available (type 2).Charging cable must be brought. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Chromecast.TV through streaming. Radio.1 Bluetooth speaker. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Umgebung mit viel ?? Die Gegend eignet sich super für draußen Aktivitäten wie Fahrradfahren, Surfen, Schwimmen, Klettern in Hvide Sande.

Dejligt hus og skøn beliggenhed. Huset er bare ikke til kolde vinter med østenvind, som der lige har været. Ingen varmt vand på badeværelset.. anbefales aldrig mere til vinterophold, men anbefales klart til sommerophold

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung hat zwar schon einige Jahre hinter sich, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es war alles da was wir brauchten.

Entfernung zum Nordseestrand über den kürzesten gehbaren Weg durch die Dünen sind 1,5 km. (Für Erwachsene kein Problem aber mit Kindern ggf. problematisch) Ansonsten ist alles so wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem kleinen ruhig gelegenen Fereienhaus. Alles da was man für 2 erholsame Wochen braucht.

Alles da was man braucht, jedoch fehlt die "Liebe" in Haus. Für den Herbst/ Winter ungeeignet, da die Fenster nicjt richtig schließen und es im Schlafzimmer keine Heizung gibt. Umgebung ist sehr schön, nur momentan mit Baustellen.
