Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 63 m² and is build in 1980. In 2025 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 367 m² garden site. Situated 25 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3700 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator.1 Extra refrigerator available. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Alt i alt en tilfredstillende ferie. Dejlig stille og roligt, med kun et stenkast fra stranden.Pænt og rent ved ankomst.Hvis nogle mangler skulle nævnes ville det være, at dørene binder og knirker, og vi savnede en affaldsspand på toilettet.

Dejligt hus, med det man skal bruge. Beliggeheden er fantastisk. Et stenkast fra stranden, grillbar tæt på, samt first camp.

Dejligt område, og skøn sommerhus, dog synes jeg billeder og beskrivelse ikke helt hænger sammen, vi fandt ingen PS3. Køkken er slidt, og skuffer falder ned i hinanden.

General:
Es war ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub in einem guten Ferienhaus. Alles im Haus war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die großzügige Grillecke haben wir mit 2 weiteren Familien genutzt und alle konnten sitzen. Odense hatte die jährliche Hans Christian Anderson Woche. Das waren schöne Attraktionen. Und nur 25 Schritte bis zum Strand, ebenmal morgens am Strand Kaffee trinken. Danke schön.
