Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 69 m² and is build in 1993. In 2023 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 988 m² garden site. Situated 10 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6500 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Sun heated outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.1 sleeping place in alcove. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom

Wir hatten 14 Urlaubstage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus . Es war einfach nur perfekt. Die Lage, die tolle Aussicht auf des Meer, der kurze Weg zum Strand. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war sehr geschmackvoll und hatte liebevollen Details. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch im Küchenbereich war alles da, was man so braucht, es fehlte uns nichts. Und das Wetter war sooo toll, das man beide Terrassen voll nutzen konnte. Danke bei dem Vermieter, das er so ein schönes Haus vermietet.

Traumhaft gelegenes Haus - die Kinder können im Garten spielen oder einfach über den Deich an den Strand gehen. In der gemütlichen Koje mit Meerblick kann man wunderbar lesen und entspannen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub in dem bestens ausgestatteten Ferienhaus in super Lage. Vom Wohnzimmer und einem der Schlafzimmer hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Terrasse hinter dem Haus bietet einen geschützten Platz zum Lesen und Relaxen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst (eventuell etwas Kaminholz für den ersten Abend).

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Enkeln (Jungen 7 + 10 Jahre) vom 13. - 20.06.24 in dem Ferienhaus und hatten eine tolle Woche. Das Haus der nahe Strand und auch die Umgebung sind immer eine Reise wert, sinnvoll ist es wenn man Fahrräder mitbringt um auch das nähere Umfeld zu erkunden.

Wir waren im November hier und hatten alles, was das Wetter in dieser Jahreszeit zu bieten hatte. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, die Ostsee direkt vor der Tür. Sehr empfehlenswert!
