Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1985. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6500 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Situated 1400 m from a playground.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in alcove.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Chromecast. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Ferienhaus ist ein kleines Platzwunder. Es gibt genügend Stauraum für Kleidung, Strandspiele, Fahrräder etc. Alles notwendige ist im/am Haus vorhanden. Der gemütlicher Eindruck vom Bild wurde bestätigt.

Skøn terrasse med lækre havemøbler. Dejlig have med plads til en fodboldglad dreng. Godt køkken med alt, hvad der skulle bruges. Ikke langt fra en skøn badestrand.

Das in die Jahre gekommene Haus wurde liebevoll renoviert. Das kann leider nicht über die Enge in Bad und Schlafraum sowie das eingeschränkte Licht hinweg helfen. Für den Preis bekommt man an der Westküste eindeutig mehr Komfort geboten.
