Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 70 m², in 2 levels, and is build in 1934. In 2002 the holiday home was renovated. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors.} Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 600 m² garden site. Situated 25 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 7000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

General:
Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Der ungehinderte Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch. Auch wenn es dort 6 Schlafgelegenheiten gibt, würden wir nur eine Belegung mit 2 Gästen empfehlen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer und die Betten stehen wie auf einer Galerie am Ende der zum Wohnraum offenen Treppe. 2 weitere Schlafplätze sind in einem Hems/Hütte im Garten untergebracht, die in einiger Entfernung zum Haupthaus steht (Zugang über 2 kleine Treppen). Leider riecht es dort sehr muffig. Auch die Möglichkeiten, mitgebrachte Kleidung unterzubringen, orientiert sich eher an 2 Personen. Für Personen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung ist das Haus ungeeignet.

Wir hatten ein schöne Zeit in dem süßen Häuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet. Lediglich die Schlafsituation auf der Galerie des Hauses lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig
