The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in the hall. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 1307 m² garden site. Situated 75 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4600 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Situated 500 m from a playground.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Lage ist top, kurzer Weg zum Strand, durch Sackgassenlage kein Verkehr. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und man kann z.B. seinen Hund draußen mal laufen lassen. Haus frisch renoviert und wirklich toll eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, über eine sehr schöne Küche, Waschmaschine, Betten mit elektrischer Verstellung. alles top!

Alles voldeed aan het geschepte beeld; een leuk, gezellig, goed uitgerust en schoon huisje op een mooi perceel in een mooie omgeving. Alles cdm gemaakte afspraken. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Vi havde en herlig forlænget weekend. Vi kom til et hus, der var rent og pænt og hvor alt vi havde brug for, var lige ved hånden. vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang.

Super modernes und sauberes Ferienhaus. Es ist in einer perfekten Lage nah am Wasser. Man hat ausreichend Platz und eine super Ausstattung. Die Umgebung war für uns leider viel zu ruhig. Außerdem haben uns dort Radwege und Spazierwege am Wasser gefehlt

Das Ferienhaus schien gerade renoviert worden zu sein und wir waren anscheinend die zweiten Gäste. Der Holzboden und die Küchengeräte sahen auch sehr neu aus. Von der Einrichtung her hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren bequem und im Schlafzimmer sogar elektrisch ergonomisch einstellbar. Der großzügige Außenbereich mit zwei Sitz-Lounges und einem zusätzlichen Gartentisch war super. Auch die Nähe zum Strand ist ein großes Plus, mit dem das Haus punkten kann. Für Hundebesitzer: Die Frontseite des Grundstücks ist offen. Wir hatten das anhand der Bilder gesehen und das Gatter unseres Welpenzaunes mitgenommen. Ohne dem wäre es vielleicht nicht ein so entspannter Urlaub geworden, wie wir ihn in den 10 Tagen dort erlebt haben.
