Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 97 m² and is build in 1998. In 2026 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 14 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5200 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Swing.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. There is an EV charging box for charging electric vehicles. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Worth knowing

General:
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und das Haus war für uns die perfekte Wahl. Es war sehr sauber, modern und die Kommunikation über Sonne und Strand lief sehr freundlich und reibungslos. Wir hätten gerne ein Wäschepaket dazu gebucht, was bei diesem Haus leider nicht angeboten wurde. Aber auch hier hat uns Sonne und Strand sehr gut unterstützt und angeboten, es am nächsten Standort abzuholen. Zur Lage, das Haus ist sehr ruhig und mit genügend Abstand zum Nachbarn gelegen. Daher war es sehr gut zum Entspannen. Zum Strand ist es ein kurzer Fußmarsch (ca. 3-5 min). Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. An alles was man mit Kindern braucht ist auch gedacht! < br />Alles war für uns hervorragend und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, das nächste Mal auch mit mehr Personen, da das Haus dafür sehr gut geeignet ist. < br /> < br />(Junge Familie mit Kind) < br />
