This large two-storey holiday home is beautifully and undisturbed on a large natural plot, only approx. 600 metres from the water. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, and the road to the beach goes through an undeveloped natural area, which provides a very special peace and holiday atmosphere.

The house has an open terrace area with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun and the fresh sea air. Inside, the house appears bright and inviting with water-scrubbed walls, white-painted ceilings and wooden floors in the living room and bedrooms. The large hallway has heated tiled floors and is equipped with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house has two bathrooms with a shower and underfloor heating - one is also equipped with a lovely 2-person spa bath. The large kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, stove with ceramic hobs, electric kettle and freezer. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, where there is a wood-burning stove, TV with digital satellite, DVD player and direct access to the south-facing terrace. From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a large additional living room with access to a balcony and a beautiful view of the dune landscape. The sleeping accommodations are distributed over four bedrooms: three with a double bed on the ground floor and one with a double bed on the first floor. A very well-appointed holiday home, perfect for a holiday all year round. The house is located close to Vigsø Holiday Center, where there is free access to the water park from the second week of February and the rest of the year. Please note that the water park is closed on Friday and Saturday in weeks 37, 38 and 39 due to events.
