Located on a high, natural plot with the most stunning views over Ebeltoft Bay and Handrup Hills, this lovely, well-maintained older house exudes a cozy and traditional summer house atmosphere. The house is surrounded by beautiful terraces and sunny corners, including a large, south- and west-facing wooden/tiled terrace, partially covered, with comfortable garden furniture, lounge chairs, an umbrella, and a barbecue. A small holiday oasis for one or two couples or a family with children.

From the entrance, you enter a spacious, light living room/dining area with vaulted ceilings, as throughout the rest of the house, and access to the terrace. There is a dining table for 7 people and a wood-burning stove. The well-equipped, lovely kitchen with plenty of workspace is open to the living area and features ceramic hobs, a built-in oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A small staircase leads from the living area down to the lounge, which also has access to the terrace, as well as a sofa seating area and a flat-screen TV with Chromecast – please note that no channels are connected, and all content must be streamed from a PC or other media. The stylish and spacious bathroom includes underfloor heating, a shower niche, and cabinetry, and the utility room also offers a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The 7 sleeping spaces are divided across 2 bright and comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a double sofa bed in the living area, and a single bed in a corner of the lounge. Internet access is available.

From the house, it is a short walk to the child-friendly Handrup Beach at the bottom of Ebeltoft Bay. The area offers many opportunities for lovely walks and cycling trips, as well as fishing from the NATO pier. Only a few kilometers to Ebeltoft, with its atmospheric old town, several attractions, and good shopping options.
