Lay-out
Holiday flat suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 74 m² and is build in 1976. In 2021 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The building contains a coin-operated laundry with common washer. Freezer capacity of 120 litres.

Outside
Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 150 m away. Access to a balcony.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.TV through streaming. At least 4 Danish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

En dejlig ferie som altid på Bornholm. Dog var der meget trafikstøj pga chikaner nedenfor vores lejlighed, så det er nok ikke den bedste lejlighed hvis man har små børn med som sover let. Men en skøn og rummelig lejlighed.
