Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 95 m² and is build in 1998. In 2024 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² garden site. Situated 75 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 13000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Worth knowing

General:
Die Lage vom Haus war top. Leider war kein Badewetter, sonst wäre der Strand gleich erreichbar gewesen. < br />Das Haus ist sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Geräte funktionierten alle einwandfrei und es war alles vor Ort, was man brauchte. < br />

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die verschiedenen Terrassen boten uns immer Verweilmöglichkeiten und waren z.T auch windgeschützt. Zum Strand waren es nur ca 80 Meter und wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick. Die Häuser in der Nachbarschaft waren sehr gepflegt und wir hatten trotzdem unsere Ruhe.
