Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 77 m² and is build in 2000. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 725 m² garden site. Situated 150 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 400 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Carport is at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Video. Stereo set. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Alarm: on the left side of the entry. Put the main key into the alarmbox and turn to "green" in order to switch off the alarm. Turn to "red" to aktivate alarm again. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Ganze ist ein Bissel in die Jahre gekommen. Wird aber so wie es Aussieht immer von den Besitzer stück für stück Modernisiert. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus auf einen schönen Grundstück mit einem Grandiosen Ausblick.

Unser Urlaub als Familie war wunderschön. Wir haben die Zeit im Haus und am Strand sehr genossen. Man kann dort wunderbar abschalten und die Ruhe genießen. Die Schlüssel Übergabe und Rückgabe war absolut problemlos und einfach und es war alles perfekt organisiert und genau so wie vorher beschrieben.

Huset ligger i fantastiske omgivelser med den smukkeste udsigt. Huset trænger måske til en lille opfrisker, men det er bagateller.

Wij mochten in het prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis 3 weken verblijven, het weer was de eerste drie weken helaas veel slechter dan normaal in Jutland. Het huis heeft alles wat nodig is voor een goede vakantie, helaas wat het niet schoon! (niet gecontroleerd door?) De stofzuigerzak zat propvol en de kussen en dekbedden waren gewoon VIES! Hebben als eerste nieuwe kussens gekocht en dekbedden gewassen. Ook waren de verstelbare plastic tuinstoelen niet meer bruikbaar, en het groene bankstel volledig versleten! Nogmaals een mooi huis maar waar de eigenaren op verschillende punten echt verbeteringen moeten aanbrengen willen ze de 4/5 sterren behouden. Het huis zelf en de omgeving is het alleszins waard!! Overigens erg fijne eigenaren Analise en Moms Dahl, veel succes met jullie mooie woning!
