Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 106 m² and is build in 1976. In 1997 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1262 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5000 m. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 25 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 5 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV. Through this, TV channels in Danish, German, Swedish, and Norwegian are available.1 Chromecast. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Ingen udlejning til ungdomsgrupper, hvor alle er 15-25 år. Rygning ikke tilladt. Ved overtrædelse af forbuddet opkræves et gebyr på minimum DKK 3.000,-.

Das Haus ist in Stil der gehobenen 80er Jahre ausgestattet, sehr viel Holz, Betten ohne Lattenrost, sehr hart und tief, in den Bädern keine Mischbatterie, nur einzelne goldene Wasserhähne, im großen Bad herrscht Überschwemmung nach dem Duschen, im kleinen Bad geht das Fenster nur mit viel Kraft zu und die Spülung läuft ständig, weil der Drücker festhängt. Ausstattung in der Küche ist gut, viel Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Große neue Terrasse, schöne Rasenfläche, ruhige Lage.

Das Haus ist älter, aber gepflegt, sauber und gut in Schuss. Alles funktioniert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Im Wohnbereich ist es auch am Tag ein wenig dunkel und bedingt durch den großen Dachüberstand kommt wenig Sonne in den Wohnbereich. Das mag bei hohen Außentemperaturen schön für Abkühlung sorgen, jetzt Anfang Juni war es immer frisch und kalt. Beide Bäder sind gut und sauber. Im großen Bad wäre eine Dichtung unter der Tür sinnvoll. Das Schlafzimmer war ausreichend groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Die anderen Schlafräume wurden nicht genutzt. Highlight ist die wunderbare Terrasse mit dem Hot Tub. Der Trampelpfad vorm Haus und auch die Straße haben nicht gestört. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.
