Holiday home suitable for 12 persons . The holiday home is 154 m² and is build in 2009. You can bring along 2 pets. There is ground heat. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 218 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3527 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6300 m. A 285 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 25 m² covered terrace. Gas grill available. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex and 2 of them on the bed-loft.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 american refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven, espresso machine and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. SONOS. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und die Einrichtung modern. Die Ausstattung der Küche eine der Besten die wir je hatten. Es fehlte nichts. Highlight war der Kaffeeautomat.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter strandnaher Lage. Terrassen geschützt. Gute Einrichtung und gut ausgestattete Küche. Naturgrundstück. Wir hätten uns auch ein kleines Rasenstück gewünscht.

Wir kommen schon seit circa 30 Jahren in dieses Feriengebiet, die Häuser, der Strand und die kleineren Orte in erreichbarer Nähe. drumherum sind immer wieder schön, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
