Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 9 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 3 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 87 m² and is build in 2022. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 5000 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 39 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 13 m² covered terrace. Swing. Slide. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.1 sleeping place in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Chromecast.TV through streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus ist zu weit weg vom Strand. Man muss sehr weit gehen. Ausserdem hat man vom Haus aus keinen besonderen Blick. Das Haus an sich ist gut ausgestattet aber auch sehr hellhörig.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr lobenswert. Sehr hochwertig gehalten und alles sauber und nichts ist defekt.Wir haben auch sehr, den Kamin genossen.

Top Ferienhaus, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, hochwertige Ausstattung, wie Alarmanlage und super Dämmung, das Haus war morgens trotz Frost und abgestellter Wärmepumpe noch warm, wir hatten lediglich den Kaminofen morgens und abengs an. < br />Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Hier nochmal vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus, da es mit dem Kamin sehr gemütlich war. Rehe und Co sind auch im Garten zu beobachten - das Haus als auch die Umgebung laden definitiv zur Entspannung ein.

Tolles Ferienhaus, recht sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Einzig ein Föhn hat uns gefehlt. Sehr großes Grundstück. Alles in allem sauber, wenn auch noch Luft nach oben besteht. Trotz Herbstwetter war es dank Wärmepumpe und großen Fenstern schön warm im Haus. Rehe und Fasan kommen direkt bis an die Terrasse. Ein Fussballtor hätte es für die Kinder perfekt gemacht.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und fanden es wieder toll. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Garten und Terrasse sehr uneinsichtig, was uns wichtig war. Ein Outdoor Whirlpool/ Zuber würde das Haus perfekt machen
