Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 175 m² and is build in 2018. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home is equipped with a energy-saving heat recycling system. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2102 m² natural site. Situated 1500 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1200 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5500 m. A 130 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 23 m² covered terrace. Access to atrium. Swing. Trampoline. Slide. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds.4 sleeping places in adjustable beds.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years). There is floor heating in the annexe.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 3 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 3 toilets. There is floor heating in 3 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 5 TVs.1 Blu-ray-Player. Playstation4. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Wir waren als Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war ziemlich sauber, das Außengelände bräuchte allerdings mal wieder etwas Pflege (abblätternde Farbe, verrostete Tische, der Gasgrill heizt nicht mehr mit voller Kraft). Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Strand ist mit dem Auto in Kürze und zu Fuß nach einem kleinen Marsch erreichbar. Zum Einkaufen stehen mehrere gut sortierte Supermärkte in den nächstgelegenen Orten zur Verfügung. Wie wir festgestellt haben, hält das Haus problemlos Orkanböhen stand :D Lediglich der Schutzrand des Trampolins hat nicht gut gehalten und ist schon etwas ramponiert. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen!

Es ist ein sehr schönes und großes Ferienhaus in dem es an nichts fehlte, wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus.

Lage in einem offenen Neubaugebiet. Im Haus war alles was man brauchte. Die Ausstattung ( Pfannen ) der Küche war zum Teil ein wenig mit Gebrauchsspuren versehen. Eine Bedienugsanleitung für den Whirlpool wäre nützlich, vielleicht heizt er ja doch ? Und nach langer Suche fand sich im Wohnzimmer ein deutscher TV-Sender. Vielleicht hilft auch da eine kleine Anleitung.Die Kamera der Alarmanlge wirkte auch ein wenig befremdlich.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie, sammen med familien. Det der ikki var så fantastiskt var, at vi kom til en overfyldt affaldskontainer, der blev tømt på 5. dagen. Det var ulækkert, med alle de mange orme.
