Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 82 m² and is build in 1978. In 2019 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 90 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1242 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 1600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 600 m away. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 10 m² covered terrace. Equally, you have access to 2 sunrooms. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Seesaw.Fire place. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed.1 sleeping place in bunk bed.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1 Smart-TV. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Das Haus ist zwar nicht allzu groß, aber war für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene+3 Kinder) mehr als ausreichend. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig gelegen und durch die Bepflanzung bekommt man selten etwas von den Nachbarn mit. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und besonders im Außenbereich fehlt es an pflegenden und instandhaltenden Hangriffen. So benötigen etwa die (ehemals tollen) Spielgeräte eine Überholung. Kleiner Minuspunkt für Menschen, die gern barfuß laufen oder Kinder die so spielen: die Nadelbäume auf dem Grundstück machen dies nicht zu einem Vergnügen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig. In der Küche gab es nichts, dass wir vermisst hätten. Alles war sauber. Die vielen extra Sitzmöglichkeiten geben jedem, der ihn braucht seinen Platz. Die Lage ist gut. In ganz entspannt gelaufenen 15 min ist man am Strand und auch die nächste Stadt/ Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in ein paar Autominuten gut zu erreichen.

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in diesem Haus mit unserem Hund. Man fühlte sich sehr wohl.

Wir hatten ein schöne Woche in dem Haus und auch in dem Ort. Das Haus und das Mobiliar sind teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Die Lage des Hauses ist abgelegen und es war ruhig. Wir haben tolle Spaziergänge unternommen. Der Strand liegt etwas entfernt, welches uns aber überhaupt nicht störte. Der eingezäunte Garten ist für Hunde super. Wir fanden es schade, dass es im Ort keinen Kaufmann und/oder Bäcker gibt.

Sehr gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Unser Hund hat sich sehr gefreut, sich auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück frei bewegen zu können. Spielparadies für Kinder, liebevoll angelegt. Schöner Spaziergang zum Strand, wenn auch etwas länger.

Absolut tolles Haus, gerade der Zaun macht es für Hundehalter entspannter. Der Garten versprüht einfach ein gutes Gefühl. Wir sind mittlerweile Stammgäste in diesem Haus.

Das kleine Zimmer im Haus ist wirklich klein...für zwei Kids zu klein würde ich sagen. Aber als Gepäckraum perfekt
