Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 61 m² and is build in 1979. In 2006 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1189 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. A 21 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 9 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox.Fire place.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs.1 Chromecast.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player.Playstation 3. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged.

Das Haus ist klein und gemütlich. Für 6 Personen nicht wirklich geeignet. Wenig Ablage und Stauraum für Kleidung etc. Beide Fernseher gingen nicht. Und Grill kann man nicht nutzen. Ein bißchen Deko würde den Aufenthalt noch schöner machen. Ansonsten ein Haus mit Potenzial.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit dem Ferienhaus. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden, der Kontakt zu Sol og Strand war super, sie sind steht’s bemüht. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können bei der Ankunft. Die Umgebung ist ganz toll und alles sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

huset er fint men meget slidt dejlig have hvis man har børn og hunde med men der mangler internet og lidt flere tv kanaler men man skal max være 2voksene og 2 børn i forhold til senge
