Nice holiday home on a screened property at the end of a closed way near the beach and the North Sea. The house has an annex, where 2 of the beds are located

Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 85 m² and is build in 1975. In 1999 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 234 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1291 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Garage at your disposal.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.- 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the annex.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Das Grundstück ist prima und eingezäunt. Der Weg zum Strand Top. Die Inneneinrichtung gerade die elektrischen Geräte veraltet. Die Töpfe sowie das Besteck müssten ausgetauscht werden. Der separate Raum riecht ,ist alt, an den Wänden ist Wasser eingetrungen. Flecken auf dem Teppich, unsere Sohn wollte dort nicht schlafen. Und das kann ich verstehen. Das Haupthaus ist in Ordnung. Unsere angegebenen defekte hat Sonne und Strand teilweise repariert. Wie gesagt einiges müsste erneuert werden. Nichts desto trotz hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Das Haus liegt sehr nah an der Strasse, was wir aber nicht für störend empfunden haben, da nicht viel Verkehr. Grundstück eingezäunt, für unseren Hund ideal. Leider, wie häufig, sind die Betten zu weich.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Lage, man ist schnell am Auto Strand und das auch zu Fuß. Das Grundstück ist perfekt für kleine bis mittel Große Hunde geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut. Allerdings sind die Betten bzw die Matratzen für unser empfinden sehr weich gewesen. Die Küche benötigt eine kleine Auffrischung, die Spülmaschine oder die Körbe müssten ebenfalls ersetzt werden, trotzdem hat es uns in der Küche an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus wird spürbar gepflegt und in Schuss gehalten. Wir würden wieder das Haus mieten und auch weiter emüfehlen

Das Haus hat vollkommen unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnbereich wurden seit der letzten Kommentierung erneuert, man sitzt bequem. Die Ausstattung war gut, insbesondere die der Küche. Das Schlafzimmer in der Garage ist zwar etwas rustikal eingerichtet, für geräuschempfindliche Ohren ist es aber klasse, separat zu schlafen. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, für Hundebesitzer sicherlich interessant. Ein größerer Hund wird drüber springen können, für kleinere und mittelgroße Hunde ist es ideal. Die Umgebung von Lokken ist grandios.

Die Betten sind wirklich nicht gut. Die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer müssen dringend erneuert werden. Durchgesessen und zum Teil sehr abgenutzt.
