Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 63 m² and is build in 1985. In 2016 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 80 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1300 m² natural site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Plug for charging electric car is available.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 Bluetooth speaker. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, kleines und gemütliches Ferienhaus. Für zwei Personen genau richtig. Schränke gibt es für die Verstauung von Kleidung nicht so viel. Man kann aber ein Schlafzimmer zum Ankleidezimmer umfunktionieren. Für die Küche würde ich mir wünschen, dass es mehr Töpfe gibt. Ein einziger Topf, ist ein bisschen wenig. Aber der Airfryer konnte uns bei der Essenszubereitung helfen. Ansonsten liegt das Haus sehr schön, größtenteils uneinsehbar und die Entfernung zum Strand ist auch optimal (600 m). Man muss auch nicht hohe Dünen bewältigen. Wir würden dieses Haus auch nochmals buchen.

Wir sind seit dreißig Jahren Gast in Ferienhäusern der Region. Wir lieben das Land, die See und die Herzlichkeit jeder Begegnung. Das Haus war gut beschrieben, allerdings für fünf Personen etwas knapp mit Geschirr etc. ausgestattet. Mit einem großen Topf half uns Sonne und Strand unkompliziert aus. So konnten wir zwei Tage später die Schüsseln als Keramiktöpfe enttarnen und waren dann zumindest zum Kochen bestens ausgerüstet. Das Schlüssel- und Infoboard entdeckten wir erst am Abend - es lohnt, Türen auch einmal zu schließen. Insgesamt haben wir uns, trotz Sturm und Regen wieder einmal bestens erholt, das Haus hatte mit seiner Ausstattung und ruhigen Lage maßgeblichen Anteil daran.

Das Ferienhaus ist mir zu dunkel.innen,die Küche war mir auch zu klein. Alles andere war sehr gut.

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit einer hervorragenden Ausstattung- es fehlte an nichts. Das Gelände ist windgeschützt durch Tannen und hat eine sehr schöne Holzterrasse. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.
