Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 2 children up to 3 years. The holiday home is 195 m² and is build in 1980. In 2005 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 165 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 3600 m² natural site. Situated 700 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 750 m away. A 115 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 8,5 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 2 cots for babies (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal. 50/50 Mbit.

Worth knowing

Wir waren mit zwei Familien für zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hatte für uns eine sehr gute Größe und die Ausstattung ließ kaum Wünsche offen. < br /> < br />Besonders gerne haben wir den Pool genutzt, der bei Groß und Klein gleichermaßen gut ankam. Auch die tolle Feuerstelle im Garten war ein echtes Highlight und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. < br /> < br />Der Garten und die Terrasse – eigentlich das gesamte Grundstück – sind angenehm großzügig gestaltet. Durch den guten Sichtschutz zur Straße hatten wir zudem viel Privatsphäre und konnten die Zeit dort in vollen Zügen genießen. < br /> < br />Auch die Lage ist toll. Eine schöne ruhige Gegend und nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, an dem man mit Glück einen fantastischen Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. < br /> < br />Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Durch den Pool und den tollen Außenbereich eignet es sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage ist toll, der Strand ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Fahrt nach Løkken zum Einkaufen dauert ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt dort. Zimmer geräumig, um das Haus alles perfekt gepflegt. Ein Manko sind die vollen Schränke im Küchenbereich, man kann die mitgebrachten Sachen schwer unterbringen.
