Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 143 m² and is build in 1987. In 2005 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 3 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home contains a combined washer and dryer. Freezer capacity of 50 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1250 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 5 m long and it is up to 1,2 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot. Energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump heats the water in the pool.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 5 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 2 TVs. Chromecast. 1 DVD player. Stereo set. CD player. Surround system. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Vi havde en dejlig ferie, trods husets dårlige standart. Der manglede en hovedrengøring, slidt interiør. Fin beliggenhed- indretning ok.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zu 3 Personen und 3 Hunden. Leider waren wir etwas enttäuscht da das Haus im Gegensatz zu den Bildern hier sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und man viel sanieren müsste, z.b. viel Schimmel in den Bädern und vor allem im Poolbereich. Die Ausstattung war okay aber in der Küche für die max. Auslastung mit 10 Personen definitiv nicht ausreichend. Das Grundstück könnte auch etwas gepflegter sein. Der Rasen war länger nicht gemäht, so das spielen im Garten so gut wie nicht möglich war. Zum anderen gibt es ein sehr großes Ameisenproblem - überall im kompletten Haus- ob Küche, Pool, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer. Teilweise wirklich eklig da sie überall rumlaufen. Das schlimmste war jedoch bei Ankunft, dass es im Haus aussah, als ob Wochen nicht gereinigt wurde. Bei der hohen Reinigungsgebühr eine echte Frechheit. Das haben wir selbst behoben, da wir erst nach Büroschluss angereist sind und nicht bis zum nächsten Tag warten konnten. Die Lage des Hauses ist mehr als super und der neue Sonnenschirm hat

Vi havde en super skøn ferie. Det var fedt at vi måtte have vores hunde med. Vandet i poolen var meget varme end vi forventede. Der var dejligt med plads omkring spisebordet.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Entfernung zum Strand war aber größer als bei unseren früheren Häusern. Die Ausstattung des Hauses im Bereich Geschirr, Gläser u. a. ist verbesserungsfähig.

Ein schönes Haus, tolle Sauna und ausreichend großer Pool. Nahe zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt trotz kleinen Sauberkeitsmängeln im Poolbereich (bei Ankunft checken). Der Service des Sonne und Strand Büros ist top! Wir würden wieder buchen.

Das Haus liegt toll versteckt zwischen den Dünen, es ist ruhig und schön. Ideal für Kinder ums Haus rum zu spielen. Zum Meer sind es 20 min zu Fuss, traumhafter Strand. Die nächstgelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich in ca 8 km Entfernung, in Løkken oder Blokhus, die in der Beschreibung des Hauses angegebene nähere Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Strandkiosk. Das Haus ist schön, aber in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Leider war nicht sauber geputzt und viele Dinge waren kaputt und verwahrlost, wie zB die Jalousien an den Fenstern, so dass man nicht richtig abdunkeln konnte. Die Küchenaustattung war nicht ausreichend für die Anzahl an Gästen für die das Haus ausgelegt ist. Wir haben das zurückgemeldet und hoffen dass für folgende Gäste nachgebessert wird. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Der Service durch Sol og Strand war exzellent. Die Poolpumpe ging während unseres Aufenthaltes kaputt und sie kamen sich sofort darum gekümmert trotz Wochenende.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen was die sanitären Einrichtungen angeht aber alles in allem trotzdem empfehlenswert. Allein schon wegen der unfassbar schönen Lage zwischen den Dünen. Den Füchsen dort schmeckt auch Forelle unfassbar gut. Also lieber nichts draußen lagern. :D

Vi havde et skønt ophold med familie og venner. Dejligt hus med plads til alle, fint inventar og gode udendørsarealer. Der var alt, hvad man skal bruge. Fint og roligt område - dog et lille stykke til vandet. Eneste minus var rengøringen, der kunne være bedre, men det er også et hus, hvor der er plads til hund. Kan anbefales.
