Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 102 m² and is build in 2005. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 300 m² Situated 75 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 30 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

The holiday home contains 2 TVs. Video. Stereo set. CD player. Playstation 2. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Free access to the water park. Please present your rental agreement at reception. Workman/tradesman are not allowed to rent for business purposes.

Schönes ferienhaus von der Aufteilung und Lage her. Leider wurde länger keine Grundreinigung gemacht und für Allergiker ist es überhaupt nicht geeignet.

Godt indrettet, god beliggenhed, hyggelig altan med god udsigt, men desværre er der elementer i huset der virker nedslidte. Huset var ikke rengjort ved ankomst

Wir hatten zum ersten Mal ein Haus mit OG gebucht, es ist für 8 Personen ausgeschrieben, wir waren zu 2 Personen und ein gemeinsames Hantieren in der kleinen Küchenzeile gestaltete sich manchmal schwierig, aber wir haben es gemeistert. An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu mäkeln, es war alles vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermißt. Der Kamin im OG hat ordentlich funktioniert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Fint hus til prisen, med en dejlig altan! Værelserne og sengene på 1. sal er dog noget mindre, end de fremstår i salgsmaterialet. Og sengene deroppe kunne også godt tåle en opgradering... Men alt i alt var vi godt tilfredse med opholdet!

Wir waren mit 5 Angler in diesem Haus. 2015 waren wir in dem Haus daneben (Nr. 71) und sind wieder nicht enttäuscht worden. Räumlichkeit, Lage und Service von So og Strand können wir mit 5 von 5 Sternen weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben mit zwei Familien eine Woche Urlaub in einem der Häuser gemacht. Das Haus an sich ist ok, sehr ungünstig finde ich, dass das Wohnzimmer in der oberen Etage ist. Die Betten sind ok, man kann drauf schlafen, sind aber sehr weich und die Matratzen rutschen immer auseinander. Wenn man die Sauna benutzt, kann man den Whirlpool nicht gleichzeitig mitbenutzen, sehr schade. Küche hatte zwar alles da, das Geschirr ist aber auch zum Teil schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen da, weil irgendwelche Tierchen ihr Unwesen in den Hauswänden oder im Boden getrieben haben. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, landschaftlich schön und eher zum entspannen und viel spazieren geeignet. Für Kinder ist es nichts, zu wenig Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Alles in einem ist das ok, aber nichts für uns. Wohl eher für Menschen, die Sicht etwas zurück ziehen wollen und etwas Ruhe und Natur haben wollen.
