Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 75 m² and is build in 2007. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is solar heat. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 75 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1204 m² natural site. Situated 10 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Outdoor shower. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Pets not allowed.

Es war seh schön und erholsam. Ein Arbeitsmensch kann in dem Haus sehr viel Ruhe finden. Das rauschen des Meeres, die Sicht auf das Meer und die Möglichkeit die See einfach nur beobachten. Perfekt und in der Nebensaison sehr Ruhig. Anderen Menschen begegnet man eher selten, außer man geht ins Dörfchen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön und der Blick auf die Oststee ist wirklich einmalig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, auf den Bildern allerdings hinterlässt das Haus einen aufgeräumteren Eindruck als in Wirklichkeit. 2 Sachen haben uns ein wenig gestört: zum Einen das große Trampolin vor dem Haus welches ungepflegt wirkt und keinen schönen ersten Eindruck hinterlässt. Zum Anderen wären Fliegengitter rund ums Haus eine wirklich sinnvolle Ergänzung, denn sonst wimmelt es von Fliegen, Mücken und Spinnen im Haus. Der störende Geruch, der von anderen Urlaubern geschildert wurde, ist bei uns auch aufgetreten.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus war wie auf den Fotos, gemütlich und heimelig eingerichtet. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen, draußen im Garten und am Strand. Atemberaubend waren die Sonnenuntergänge! Die Leute im Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren in der Off- Season und hatten den Strand und das Areal quasi für uns.
