Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 112 m² and is build in 2006. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. Floor heating in the hall. Floor heating in the corridor. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1600 m² garden site. Situated 50 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

General:
Das Haus und die Lage am Strand von Gedesby sind super. Die hohen Räume und die moderne, aber auch gemütliche Einrichtung vermitteln sofort eine tolle Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet - sogar die Messer waren scharf und gut nutzbar. Bis zum Strand waren es lediglich ein paar Schritte durch ein kleines Wäldchen, in dem wir zudem Vögel, Eichhörnchen und Hasen beobachten konnten. Das Domizil ist ideal zum entspannen. Toll wäre eine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder außerhalb des Hauses.

Für uns ist dieses Haus perfekt, direkt hinter dem Deich. Ausstattung ist gut auch wenn man für den Preis vielleicht noch etwas mehr erwarten würde. Einige Dinge wie z.B. der Grill müssten einmal ausgetauscht werden. Wenn das Haus nicht so teuer wäre würden wir öfter kommen.
