Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 68 m² and is build in 1972. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

The holiday home is situated on a 1029 m² natural site. The site is fenced in. Situated 550 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5300 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 25 m² covered terrace. Hereof a total of 65 m² enclosed terrace. Trampoline. Barbecue at your disposal. (Gas for the grill for personal consumption must be brought with you). Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus, mit tollem Garten. Etwas für Leute die Wert auf stylisches Wohnen schätzen. Hell, freundlich und mit Klimanlage. Der sicher eingezäunte Garten gibt Privatsphäre und die Terrasse ist toll ausgestattet. Man darf den Bildern glauben schenken

Lage, Größe und Ausstattung sind für 2 Personen oder kleine Familien völlig in Ordnung. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Uns gefällt das Haus sehr gut.

Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, aber mit Fahrrad, e-Bike oder Auto ist alles schnell erreichbar. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Strand. Ein paar mehr Informationen bezüglich technischen Dingen wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Bei nicht allen kann vorausgesetzt werden, dass man z.Bsp. weiß, dass der Wasserboiler angestellt werden muss. Was sehr positiv war, ist die wirklich praktisch mitgedachte Einrichtung und selbst der kleinste Handtuchhalter wurde gut überlegt, wo er sich befinden soll.
