Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 130 m² and is build in 1972. In 1994 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1183 m² garden site. Situated 80 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 20 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Play tower. Slide. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. No TV channels - only streaming. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Wir waren 1 Woche in diesem Ferienhaus und haben vor allem das großzügige Grundstück und die Nähe zum Strand sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus bot mehr als Platz für uns als 5köpfige Familie. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war in Ordnung, allerdings gab ea einige technische Mängel wie z.B. nicht funktionierende Lampen, defekte Herdplatten und die nicht funktionierende Waschmaschine.

Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und lag in einer ruhigen Lage, was uns eine erholsame Auszeit ermöglichte. Der Strand war bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, was besonders praktisch für tägliche Spaziergänge und spontane Badeausflüge war. Die Umgebung war sehr sauber und leise, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt können wir dieses Ferienhaus jedem empfehlen, der nach einer ruhigen und erholsamen Unterkunft in Strandnähe sucht.
