Im Erdgeschoss liegen eine große Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Eingangsbereich und Bad. Oben in der 1. Etage findet man zwei gute Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, das eine mit Dachbalken, das andere, etwas kleinere mit Stauraum. Im Anschluss liegt auf dem Grundstück auch ein separater Annex mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen.

Die Villa ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Der angrenzende, abgeschirmte Innenhof ist erstklassig für Sommertage und Grillabende geeignet. Stellplatz für ein Auto. Wenn mehrere Autos dabei sind, müssen diese etwas entfernt geparkt werden, da das Parken auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus nicht erlaubt ist.
