Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 75 m² and is build in 1986. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is solar heat. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 93 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2087 m² natural site. Situated 1000 m from the sea. Situated 1200 m from the Wadden Sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 90 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Petanque. Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 3 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also a small fridge and a freezer in the shed.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 Apple TV. Gaming console with approximately 20,000 retro games and 2 controllers. 1 Google Nest speaker. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. 1-3 English channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Det er hverken første eller sidste gang vi har været gæster i sommerhuset, og vi glæder os allerede til næste gang. Vi er en familie på 5 i 3 generationer og vi er alle begejstret for sommerhusets stil, kvalitet og indretning. Alt fremstår rent og pænt og indretningen er både hyggelig og praktisk. Placeringen forenden af en lukket vej er ideel og vi brugte mange timer på terrassen og bare nød lyden af havet og betragtede dyrelivet.

Et fantastisk sommerhus i et dejligt område på en lukket vej. Man er helt tæt på naturen med dådyr, harer og fasaner i haven, - og kort afstand til havet, indkøb og restauranter. Sommerhuset var rent og flot indrettet med god stil og kvalitet, - og virkelig hyggeligt. Vores absolutte favorit på smukke Fanø.

Wir waren für 10 Tage als Familie im Hyggebo und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, hat einen Kamin und war schön hyggelig dekoriert. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden inkl. Brettspiele. Auch die Terrasse und der gesamte Außenbereich mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten inkl. Außendusche und Grill waren sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Wir hatten täglich Besuch von einem Rudel Rehe und Hasen direkt am Haus. Im Schuppen gab es noch Outdoor Spielzeug. Im Carport finden 2 Autos bequem Platz. Weg bis zum Strand bzw Supermarkt waren ca 1km, per Fuß oder Rad bequem machbar. Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus! Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Rigtig fint hus, i dejligt område. Alt i huset levede op til vores forventning, og Sol & Strand leverede en fin service i forhold til information omkring opholdet??. Alt i alt en god oplevelse og dejlig ferie

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen (Rehe und Fasane auf dem Grundsrück). Günstig gelegen zum schönsten Strand auf Fanø.

ruhige Lage - Fasane und Rehe sind direkt auf der Terasse zu beobachten Ausstattung für 6-8 Schlafplätze dürftig, nur 2 Doppelbetten anstatt der in der Beschreibung aufgezählten 3 Doppelbetten vorhanden Räume bei Ankunft staubig, insbesondere unter den Betten, viele Spinnweben an den Holzwänden Service super, als die Spülung streikte. Schlammsauger war innerhalb von 30 Minuten vor Ort keine Heizung im Badezimmer ranzige und z.T. defekte Gartenmöbel, marodes Spielgerät für die Kinder im Garten insgesamt ist der Preis recht hoch für das kleine, wenig gepflegte Haus
