The holiday home is situated on a 1296 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 1900 m from the sea. Situated 250 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Shelter. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven, Airfryer oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. The lawn is mowed once a week. The gardener comes unannounced. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Dejligt stort og rummeligt sommerhus og flot natur????. God service fra sol og strand. Hjalp med reservationen og vi blev kontaktet af en medarbejder inden afrejse. Det kalder vi god service????. Da vi ankom til huset følte vi os velkomne og glædede os til at fejre bryllupsdag. Havde lige hældt et glas??vin op og hunden løb rundt på plænen, og startede med at gø??, fordi havemanden Torben lige kom forbi og skulle sjovt nok slå græs lige på det tidspunkt vi skulle hygge??. Nå, men det var altså det eneste trælse ved hele weekenden, så der var vi heldige???. Kan varmt anbefales??

Der Urlaub mit der Familie war sehr toll, es fehlte bei der Ausstattung an nichts. Ruhige Lage, und im Garten kann man sich austoben. Eine gute Lage auch schnell ca. 35 min. in eine Großstadt zu gelangen. Der 24/7 Smartstore ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Alles was man braucht. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen. Danke

Sehr ruhige Lage, nahe am Wasser und schönes großes Grundstück, perfekt für Hunde, da komplett eingezäunt.

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen in dem sehr schönen und hyggelig eingerichteten Haus Urlaub gemacht. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Geschirr, Besteck ist reichlich vorhanden. Airfryer, Mikrowelle und eine gute Kaffeemaschine etc. ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Sitzmöbel im Outdoor Bereich sind schön, allerdings sind die Liegen sehr flach. Der Garten hat eine große Rasenfläche, aber nichts blühendes. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfekte Lage. Fußläufig zum Fjord. Fast fußläufig zur Ostsee Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Kurze Entfernung nach Ålborg. Sehr schönes Grundstück.

Alles gut. Sauber und viel Platz. Im Herbst nicht viel los, sehr ruhig. Die nahegelene Einkaufsmöglichkeit war geschlossen, daher war immer eine Autofahrt nötig.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt mit Hund. Grundstück umzäunt mit ca 1m hohem Zaun.
