Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 56 m² and is build in 1973. In 2012 the holiday home was partial renovated. Thermo windows throughout the house. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 100 m² Situated 125 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4000 m. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.1 DVD player. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus schon öfter gebucht und hatten wieder einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt am Ende der Ferienanlage und daher sehr strandnah und ruhig. Man hört auch nachts das Rauschen der Ostsee, einfach nur schön.

Skøn beliggenhed få meter fra stranden lige gennem skoven så er du ved vandet. Temmelig mørkt hus, men hyggeligt, rent og pænt.
