Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 56 m² and is build in 1973. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 150 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6000 m. A 25 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Situated 20 m from a playground.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Zum Strand geht man ca. 200m durch den Wald, daher ist die Lage schön. In Blickweite befindet sich ein Spielplatz für alle Kinder des Parks. Das Haupthaus/ die "Rezeption" und die Spielgeräte sind ziemlich angestaubt, aber charmant. Insgesamt ein netter Platz für einen Urlaub.

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Für Familien gut geeignet. Insbesondere die Strandnähe und der Pool/Spielbereich hat uns sehr gefallen. Im Haus ist viel zum Spielen vorhanden, boule, kubb, Spiele. Viele Bornholmbücher auch mit Karten. Für uns wichtig ein Handrührgerät und Auflaufformen in der Küche. Ein toller weißer weicher Strand in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. An dem noch dazu die meiste Zeit nur wenige andere Leute sind. Zum Spazieren oder Baden bestens geeignet! Ganz tolles Abendlicht!
