Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 68 m² and is build in 1978. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump.} Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 2975 m² natural site. Situated 160 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 5500 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher. There is an extra refrigerator on the covered terrace.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

There is no TV in the holiday home. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. Only dogs are allowed – no other pets.

General:
Das Ferienhaus ist unglaublich idyllisch gelegen. Die Terrasse und auch das gesamte Haus haben Waldblick (somit natürlich auch viel Schatten, aber auch etwas Sonne). Im Haus ist es dadurch eher kühl. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist ideal und in weniger als 5 min. zu laufen. 150m weiter ist eine Herberge für Jugendgruppen. Dadurch kann es hier und da mal etwas lauter sein, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat, zumal man mit den Gruppen auch prima ins Gespräch kommen konnte. Insgesamt ist es ein ganz idyllisches Ferienhaus und super angebunden an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (2km weiter).
