Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 94 m² and is build in 1998. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 38 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 850 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 8 m² covered terrace. Equally, you have access to a sunroom. You find a tool shed. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Der Urlaub war klasse. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach klasse. Aber bitte in Zukunft beachten: Die Duschnische ist sehr, sehr klein!! Die Terrasse hat einige Problemstellen da stellenweise die Bretter hoch stehen, lose sind und beim betreten nachgeben. Meine Frau ist leider gefallen und hat sich am Knie verletzt. Zwei Tage Urlaub dahin und zuhause beim Arzt festgestellt: Bänderzerrung außen am Knie. Des weiteren gab es Problem beim Fernsehempfang. Höchstwahrscheinlich hat der Receiver bzw. die Fernbedienung eine Macke. Musste dauerhaft eingeschaltet bleiben, laut Techniker. SonneundStrand und schnell auf den angezeigten Mangel reagiert. Trotzdem am vorletzten Tag ging gar nichts mehr!!
