Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 100 m² and is build in 2005. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 100 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² natural site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 3000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 4500 m. A 200 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. You find a tool shed. Plug for charging electric car is available (type 2 socket). Minimum 5 meter charging cable must be brought. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast.TV through streaming.1 DVD player. Radio. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking not allowed. By violation of the prohibition a fee of minimumm EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Waren mit zwei Paare im Haus. Küche super ausgestattet. Grill vorhanden. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Ruhiges Grundstück. Für Fahrräder ist eine Garage vorhanden.

Tolles Ferienhaus auf schönem uneinsichtigen Grundstück nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Gläser und Geschirr waren reichlich und sehr vielfältig vorhanden.
