Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 133 m² and is build in 1958. In 1995 the holiday home was renovated. No pets allowed. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 25 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1495 m² garden site. Situated 600 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 400 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1750 m. A 125 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms.. Bathtub.

Huset var helt ok, men trenger åpenbart vedlikehold.

Indendørs virker alt fint. Vi klagede over at elkedlen ikke virkede og fik en ny i løbet af dagen. Super fin service. Udendørs er huset slidt. Dørene trænger til nye tætningslister og det virkede som om at huset ikke var klargjort for sommeren på terassen. Vi ankom mandag og sidste på eftermiddagen dukkede der 2 havemænd op, som begyndte at fjerne tørre blade og klippe hæk. De var først færdig ved 17.30 tiden, synes ikke det er i orden, når man kommer kl. 16 for at starte sin ferie. Området er fint, dejlig lille by og der er muligheder for cykelture rundt i området.

Vi havde nogle dejlige dage med familien i dette smukt beliggende hus. Dejligt område at gå og løbe og bade. Handel og spisesteder i gåafstand.
