Outside, several beautiful terraces invite you to enjoy the sun from morning to evening – ideal for breakfast outdoors, a shaded lunch or a barbecue at sunset. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax or play, and for the youngest guests there is a play area with swings and a slide. The property also has a flagpole with a flag and a charging station for electric cars.

For fishing enthusiasts or boat owners, there is a slipway just 600 metres from the house where you can easily launch your boat – perfect for a trip along the coast or a fishing excursion.
