Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 52 m² and is build in 2010. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 55 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 350 m² natural site. Situated 40 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 23 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 7 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 1 sleeping place in single bed. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

General:
Wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus direkt am Wasser mit wundervollem Ausblick. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die nächste Stadt ist ca. 20 min entfernt. Die Übergabe erfolgte komplett kontaktlos. Leider war das Geschirr nicht ganz sauber, die Türklinken teilweise etwas klebrig. Es gab keinen Toaster oder Mikrowelle. Außerdem hat ein Föhn gefehlt und das angegebene WLAN-Passwort, welches wir nach langem Suchen in einem Heft in einem Korb gefunden haben, hat nicht funktioniert.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach unschlagbar. Betten waren etwas unbequem und die Schlafzimmer sehr klein mit wenig Stauraum und Ablagefläche. Haus ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Dusche leider mit dunklen und dreckigen Fugen. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
