Holiday home suitable for 4 persons . The holiday home is 38 m² and is build in 2001. No pets allowed.} Freezer capacity of 19 litres.

The holiday home is situated on a 1600 m² garden site. Situated 125 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5400 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 19500 m. Furthermore the house has a 11 m² covered terrace. Playhouse. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there is 1 bedroom. 2 sleeping places in double bed.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommodations are located in the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1-3 Danish channels.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. The annex is private and therefore not part of the rental.

Süßes kleines Ferienhaus, perfekt geeignet für ein bis zwei Personen. Es benötigt etwas Liebe, gerade die Dusche bzw. das Bad sollte vielleicht renoviert werden. Leider gab es bei meinen Aufenthalt dort kein WLAN.

Nettes kleines Ferienhaus mit einfacher Einrichtung in 2. Reihe zum Wasser. Baden hier mit Einschränkung möglich (steinig, krautig, sehr flach), gut zum Windsurfen üben... Sehr schöne Landschaft, auch zum Radfahren. Liegestütze für draußen hätten uns gefreut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Im Ferienhaus schmutzige Dusche, Dunstabzug in der Küche dick mit Fett überzogen bzw. und total verstopft. Couch und Sessel extrem stark durchgesessen. Kissen (für die uralten, defekten, unbrauchbaren Gartenmöbel), die um Wohnzimmer gelagert werden, sind schmuddelig ud haben muffigen Geruch. Grill auf Terrasse und die anderen noch intakten Gartenmöbel sind total schmutzig, man hätte sie zuerst reinigen müssen. Kopfkissen und Bettdecken riechen muffig, bzw. alt/wohl nie gereinigt. Insgesamt wurde nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt, Flächen auf Möbeln nur teilweise gereinigt. Auch für die preiswerte Miete ist der Gesamtzustand nicht gerechtfertigt. Seit 3,5 Woche auf meine gemeldeten Beanstandungen bei Sonne und Strand keine vernünftige Antwort bekommen. Es wurde lediglich gemeldet, dass mit dem Eigentümer Kontakt aufgenommen wurde.

Hyggeligt lille hus, med fint plads til 2, ikke 4. Dog var møblerne i selve huset ikke meget værd. Både stole og sofa var ved at falde fra hinanden og terrasse møbler var ikke rengjort og fuld af spindelvæv. Grillen var møg beskidt, så vi var glade for at vi havde vores egen med. Haven var dejlig stor, og meget privat.
