Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1976. In 2008 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2550 m² natural site. Situated 1900 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1400 m away. A 100 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 3 m² covered terrace. Patio heater. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the outdoor hot tub for 5 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV. Stereo set. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir waren schon einige Male auf der Insel. Dieses Haus liegt im Mittelfeld, es gibt somit deutlich bessere aber auch schlechtere Häuser. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, man kann an einigen Stellen doch einige Gebrauchsspuren erkennen. Insgesamt ist es funktionabel eingerichtet. Wenn das Haus mit 5-6 Personen inkl. Hund belegt ist, ist das Haus schon recht klein. In der Küche gibt es lediglich eine schmale Spülmaschine. Sonst ist die Küche vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls recht klein, die Dusche ist eigentlich unzureichend. Der Wasserdruck ist nicht der Beste und sie ist lediglich mit einem Duschvorhang vom restlichen Badezimmer getrennt. Eine Duschwanne gibt es im Badezimmer nicht, sodass ein Großteil des Fußbodens durch Spritzwasser immer nass wurde. Die Toilette hatte eine dunkelgrüne Klobrille, die nicht mehr modern wirkte. Im Anbau befindet sich neben der Sauna ein weiteres Badezimmer. Dieses ist wesentlich besser. Allerdings kommt man bei schlechtem Wetter nicht trockenen Fußes dort hin, sodass dieses Badezimmer nicht immer eine Option darstellt. Gefeh

Kleines aber schönes Ferienhaus. Eine zusätzliche Whirlpool-Dusche mit WC und Sauna befindet sich hinter dem Haus in einem Anbau. Schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn es eine direkte Verbindung zum Haus geben würde, damit man nicht frisch geduscht ins Kalte laufen muss, im Sommer ok aber im Winter??? Ansonsten gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück.

Haus und aussendusche sind toll. Etwas bessere Ausstattung was das Geschirr betrifft wäre schön und es wäre nett einen kaffefilter, einen Geschirrsültab…vorzufinden, so wie es sonst üblich ist.

Eine schöne Urlaubswoche. Das Haus hat zwar hier und da seine sympathischen Gebrauchsspuren, der Garten jedoch ist traumhaft zum verweilen! Es hat gut getan! Wie jeder Urlaub auf Rømø
