During the renovation, the house has undergone a major transformation, and there is room for 10 guests and 2 dogs. The house combines modern Nordic elegance, top comfort and a fantastic terrace environment. Here you can relax and spend rewarding moments with family and friends in unique surroundings.

As soon as you step into this spacious 202 m² pool house, you are met by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior design is in a modern Nordic style with a genuine holiday home feel, and every detail has been carefully considered. The large kitchen-dining area will quickly become the focal point of the home. While you prepare your holiday favourites, the rest of the family can relax on the sofa by the crackling wood-burning stove – the wood pellets are free of charge, of course.

The large windows open the living room up to the terraces and natural grounds, creating a beautiful interplay between indoors and outdoors. There is underfloor heating throughout and an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring maximum comfort in both summer and winter.

Wellness & activities – luxury for young and old alike

The house offers three beautiful bathrooms, one of which is part of the brand new pool area. In the largest bathroom, you can pamper yourself with both a 2-person spa and sauna – pure luxury after a day at the beach.

The 4 bedrooms and the extra loft offer comfortable sleeping accommodation for 10 people in 5 double beds.

Want a little more action? The activity room is a real holiday hit with a gaming area, billiards, table football and darts. Lots of laughter, fun and friendly competitions are guaranteed.

Children can play in the indoor pool while adults take a swim or use the swim trainer for their daily exercise.

The absolute jewel of the house is the large terrace area, where luxury and nature merge. Here you will find an outdoor lounge and wellness area with a lovely 5-person outdoor spa that can be enjoyed all year round.

The 23 m² covered terrace with patio heater allows you to enjoy long evenings under the open sky – even when the dew falls. There is also a practical outdoor kitchen and a gas barbecue, ready to create delicious barbecue dinners without any hassle. When the sun is shining, the sun loungers are ready for pure relaxation, and the outdoor shower gives your holiday home the perfect feeling of luxury.

The outdoor shower can be used from 1 April to 31 October.

The large, secluded natural plot of 2379 m2 with lots of pine trees offers plenty of space for play and life: football goals, sandpit, campfire site, climbing tower, slide and swings – a paradise for the youngest members of the family.

The pool house is just 500 metres from Blåvand's charming main street with a wide selection of shops, cafés and restaurants – perfect if you want to take a break from cooking. Nearby you will also find popular excursion destinations such as Blåvandshuk Lighthouse, the award-winning Tirpitz Museum and the FLUGT refugee museum in Oksbøl.

It is also not far to the beach, where you can collect stones and shells, look for amber, fly a kite or take a refreshing dip. Blåvand is a wonderful holiday destination all year round – whatever the weather.
