Holiday home suitable for 8 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 150 m² and is build in 2004. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2000 m² natural site. Situated 400 m from the sea. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 5 persons.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. 1 Smart-TV. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Gute Ausstattung im Haus, gut auch in der Küche. Pool toll groß und sauber. Lage super mittig zwischen Einkauf und Strand, da braucht man im Urlaub kein Auto.

Es war total gut, dass wir das Ferienhaus schon mittags beziehen konnten. So konnten unsere Kinder schneller ankommen und auch den Strand und die draußen Spielanlagen ausgiebig testen.

Das Ferienhaus ist bis auf das Besteck sehr gut ausgestattet und funktionell. Ein Zaun fehlt, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern da ist wegen einer stark befahrenen Straße.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Haus verbracht. Das Schwimmbad und der Whirlpool war sehr angenehm und wurde reichlich genutzt.
