Holiday home suitable for 10 persons . The holiday home is 180 m² and is build in 1993. In 2007 the holiday home was renovated. In 2013 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1750 m² natural site. Situated 1800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Access to atrium. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Seesaw. Plug for charging electric car is available.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,2 m wide, 6,2 m long and it is up to 1,3 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 4 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Free internet through cable at your disposal. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in een fantastisch huis met prachtig uitzicht naar de duinen. De herten stonden zelfs een keer in de tuin te grazen. Er was wel een groot minpunt: de bedden zijn nl niet compleet. We sliepen op een onderstel van een boxspring waarover een dunne topper lag i.p.v. een matras. Waardoor de bedden erg zacht waren en niet prettig voor je rug. Verder zijn de braad-/koekepannen echt aan vervanging toe.

Insgesamt für den Preis ein sehr gutes Haus. Der Pool ist ein Highlight, auch die Terrasse und Spielgeräte im Garten erfreuten sich großer Beliebtheit. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Kücheneinrichtung hat Lücken (keine Müslischalen, kein kindertaugliches Geschirr, Messer und Schäler tw. sehr alt/rostig, etc.).
