Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 91 m² and is build in 1984. In 2017 the holiday home was partial renovated with a new bathroom. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1502 m² natural site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 electric hotplates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Stereo set. CD player. 1-3 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

General:
Sehr gute Lage des Ferienhauses mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Solide eingerichtete Küche und ausreichend Platz im Wohn- und Essbereich. Großzügiger Garten mit Schaukel und Sandkasten hat den Kindern Spaß gemacht.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub, das Haus ist schön, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, das Grundstück groß und nah am Strand. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder ??
